Therapy at Art Talk

Ongoing weekly therapy offers a steady clinical relationship for processing, support, and change over time.

This is the traditional therapy path: consistent sessions, a therapeutic relationship that develops over time, and space to work with anxiety, OCD, relationship patterns, identity, stress, and the deeper emotional themes that unfold across life.

Ongoing care

Weekly therapy is the place for continuity.

Some work needs time. Weekly therapy gives you a consistent space to be known, supported, challenged, and understood across seasons of your life. It allows the work to unfold at a pace that can respond to what is happening now while also making room for deeper patterns underneath.

What it can include

A steady container for support and change.

  • A consistent therapeutic relationship over time
  • Space to process life as it unfolds
  • Support for symptoms, stressors, relationships, and deeper patterns
  • Room for complexity, pacing, and ongoing clinical care
  • Talk therapy with creative or experiential tools when they support the work

The distinction

Weekly therapy and Therapeutic Experiences are different paths.

Both can be meaningful, but they serve different needs. Therapy at Art Talk is ongoing care. Therapeutic Experiences are focused, time-limited containers for specific work.

  • Logistics such as insurance or private pay are discussed during inquiry

  • Short-term and clearly structured
  • Best for focused depth and momentum
  • Includes Therapy Intensives and Art as Therapy
  • Designed around insight, interruption, and integration
  • Private pay and separate from ongoing weekly therapy

Areas of focus

What we may work on in weekly therapy.

  • Relationship patterns and attachment dynamics
  • Self-discovery and personal growth
  • People pleasing and perfectionism
  • Life transitions, burnout, and survival mode
